Weight Loss ~ Your new exercise plan will help you accomplish your goals in the quickest, safest, and most effective manner.
Nutrition ~ Our trainers monitor a client's food and calorie intake to provide them with the accountability to effectively lose or gain weight and maintain the energy necessary to perform daily tasks.
Cardiovascular Fitness ~ Shed pounds, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and improve your stamina!
Strength Training ~ Strength training produces strong muscles, ligaments, and tendons. A resistance training program promotes maximum muscle definition, toning, and/or size.
Flexibility Training ~ Stretching exercises should become an integral part of any exercise program.
Speed and Agility ~ Sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball,
soccer and track & field require athletes to reach high velocity (speed) as well as explosive braking, changing direction, and acceleration (agility).
At The Body Project, we will guarantee you quicker movements, more
powerful explosion, better balance, agility, endurance, and vertical jump. We seek to
develop an athlete's complete physical profile in the following areas:
- Maximum speed
- Sound technique
- Power development
- Anaerobic and aerobic conditioning
- Plyometrics
- Speed-strength
- Speed endurance
- Resistance training
- Flexibility
All sessions begin and end with a personalized assessment. Seasonal and year-round programs are available.
Online Training ~ Clients of The Body Project have access to a
web-based, interactive workout log that provides them more
accountability between their exercise plan and personal trainer or coach.

You will be directed in all facets
of a well-rounded training program including injury prevention, lactate
