    We believe that fitness goals are achieved when a person addresses a training plan and accountability. The reason many people do not reach their goals is because they do not have accountability to any structured plan. When a person lacks effective workouts on a consistent basis and fails to address their diet, failure becomes the inevitable result.

    At The Body Project, our clients receive a comprehensive exercise plan that is delivered to them through one-on-one, small group or online personal training sessions. We hold our clients accountable to this plan through regular training sessions and internet workout log. We also address nutrition with our clients as one of the most important factors in long-term success.

Cole led the entire race until 100 meters to go when Matt Butler of Bettendorf caught and passed him temporarily. Cole regained the lead shortly before crossing the finish line to win by .07 seconds. Cole is coached by Tim Ives.

  • Katie Flood
    7433122Katie Flood was recently named Pac-12 Women's Track Athlete of the Week after posting an NCAA and U.S. leading 1500m time of 4:11.66 at the Mt. SAC Relays in California. 

    Katie is a sophomore All-American and former client of The Body Project. She won the 2011 Pac-12 Cross Country Championship and 2012 NCAA Distance Medley Relay Championship. She now leads the NCAA at 1500 meters.
