We believe that fitness goals are achieved when two major components are addressed: plan and accountability. The reason many people do not reach their goals is because they do not have a plan in place, nor are they being held accountable to any person or plan. At The Body Project, you will receive a comprehensive exercise plan that is delivered to you through one-on-one or small group personal training sessions. We will hold you accountable to your plan through regular logging on our web-based, interactive workout log .
